FAQ Returns and Refunds

What if my product arrives damaged?

 

Contact us with your order number, a photo of the damage, and a description of the damage. We will reship the damaged products.

 

What if my package is containing the wrong items or missing products?

 

Contact us, and we will promptly reship the correct items free of charge

 

Do you accept returns?

 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we will resolve any issues with your order promptly. 


Do you issue refunds?

 

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team. Provide the following information when inquiring about a refund:

 

1.  Order #
2. Issue with order (including pictures)
3. Payment method
 

Our goal is to resolve all customer issues fairly. Due to the complex nature of refunds at times we will typically seek to correct the issue through other means like reshipping the correct products.
